Yoga has many physical and mental health benefits, to help you find balance and inner peace. It is built on three main elements: movement, breathing, and meditation. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength, balance and flexibility.
Suitable for all genders and sizes, all fitness levels, including beginners.
You don’t have to be flexible to practice yoga, if we breathe we can do yoga.
Sound bathing (Yoga Nidra) will take you on a deeply immersive journey like no other, with the healing powers of sound & vibrations. Connect with universal energies, and relax with a longer meditation, which will help you to quieten any internal chatter so you can truly relax the physical body. Immersing your mind, body, and soul in the healing vibration.
Meditation helps you reduce stress, anxiety, and find inner calm. Some people find that regular meditation practice helps them be kind to themselves and more caring towards others. Meditation is a practice that involves using techniques to train your attention and awareness to and improve your emotional awareness, kindness and compassion. We offer guided, mantra, visualization, focused, sound bathing and silent meditation sessions.
Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing which originates from Japan. It promotes relaxation and therefore is ideal for the reduction of stress. It aims to enhance the natural power of the body to heal itself. Can help to induce deep relaxation, release tensions and aid the detoxification process of the body. Calming the mind and body, restoring a feeling of peace. Dissolving energy blockages in the body and accelerate natural healing to re-balance the body’s energy.
Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state not unlike a daydream, it is a super relaxed state of mind and you remain in control the whole time. Cutting off from normal everyday things that clutter your mind and cloud your thinking. Example: If you are watching TV or reading a really good book and someone is talking to you, but you don’t hear a word they say because you are so focused on your show – that is a state of hypnosis!
There is no better way to get some fresh air in your lungs and be outside in mother nature. Walking can help exercise your brain and promote brain cell connections. Increasing energy levels also can reduce the risk of heart disease. Strengthen bones and muscles, improve balance and coordination. It can also help manage conditions like high blood pressure, high cholesterol. Walking can help you sleep better at night because it boosts melatonin, the sleep hormone.
Sea water is an incredible tool to help aid mental struggles and to reconnect. Checking in with Mother Nature and letting go of troubles and washing them way into the sea, sit and watch each wave rolling away. Let go of control, it can feel uncomfortable, but we learn to be comfortable with discomfort.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION (SOUND BATH)
Sound Baths are not recommended for those in the 1st trimester of pregnancy. If you are pregnant or undergoing IVF.
If you have Tinnitus, you may wish to lay further back from the Gongs, that said the Gongs are not played too loudly to cause discomfort to the ears.
Sound Baths are unsuitable if you have Epilepsy or an Antipsychotic Medication,
brain Stent or any metal in the brain, or Pacemaker.
If you feel unwell, please do not attend the Sound Bath.
Sound Baths are not considered suitable for those under 12.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION (REIKI)
Prepare - Avoid caffeine, sugar, and alcohol for at least three hours before your session. You can also avoid a heavy meal and use the restroom before your session.
Wear comfortable clothing - You can wear layers so you can add or remove clothing during the session. You should also remove belts and other bulky items.
Know your needs - Let your practitioner know if you have any health conditions that might affect your lying down, or if you have any areas that are sensitive to touch.
Be prepared for emotions - It's normal to feel anxious, nervous, or excited before your first session. You can share these feelings with your practitioner to help you feel supported.
Reiki is a type of energy healing, and it's not intended to replace any doctor-approved treatment plan.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION (SEA DIPPERS)
We love and value the benefits of sea water, but we are not experts.
There is no pressure to enter the water, and you do so at your own risk. We use breath-work, movement and other techniques to prepare for the experience and warm up afterwards but every person is different and so do ensure you seek the relevant professional and medical advice before engaging with any experience with extremes of cold involved. For those with underlying health conditions this is even more important.
